Message from BC Hockey President, Al Berg; "As we near the end of another great hockey season in British Columbia and the Yukon, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the many volunteers and partners in our game. Their contribution offers our participants an experience that is truly rewarding and enjoyable. I would like to congratulate and wish the best of luck to all members that will be participating in these great events. Positive experiences such as the BC Hockey Championships continue to develop British Columbia youth into responsible people and team players. A special "Thanks" goes out to all the team officials for the time they commit to the players and the game. Without your commitment the game would not be what it is today. To everyone, each team and player will reach a different level of success at these events so please, let this event be more than a hockey challenge. Let it become an opportunity to develop memories and friendships that will last a lifetime for all involved. Again, congratulations to all and best of luck to each of you in the 2008 BC Hockey Championships!" BC Hockey Hockey President, Al Berg |
